All prices are in DKK and include any VAT.
PAYMENT
Vi modtager online betalinger med; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online.
Betalingen vil først blive trukket på din konto, når den fysiske vare afsendes eller det virtuelle produkt er oprettet, medmindre andet er aftalt eller fremgår af din ordre.
Ved betaling med Visa Electron og Mastercard Debit, som er debitkort, vil betalingen blive reserveret på din konto i overensstemmelse med vilkårene for dit kort, indtil vi trækker eller afviser betalingen.
Ved online handel af fysiske varer trækkes først, når hele ordren er afsendt.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Vælges e-mail som levering (hvor det er muligt) og betales der med betalingskort afsendes varen umiddelbart i forbindelse med købet – forvent dog op til et kvarter for levering.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
ou always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Danish law when you shop on the Internet. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you or the recipient received their item.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to wholly or partly used goods, or goods that are specially adapted by agreement.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can either refuse to receive the item or you can contact us, stating that you wish to cancel the purchase, and informing us of the order number. You do not have to return print-yourself items such as gift cards - they just need to be destroyed. Possibly. physical goods (not including gift cards and skydiving) must be returned in proper packaging to our address. Note: We do not accept return shipments per. cash on delivery.

By registering for a parachute course, you become a member of the club. The membership fee is withdrawn as long as you are a member of the Parachute Club West Jump and includes membership of the Danish Parachute Union and takes place as a starting point 1 month before the current membership ends. Termination of membership can be done by contacting medlemmer@westjump.dk. Refund of membership fee can be made up to 7 days after the money is withdrawn from your account.
REPLACEMENT SERVICE
We generally do not exchange items purchased in the shop. Exceptionally, with regard to experience certificates within the validity period of the experience certificate, you can always exchange your gift card for another type of jump at the Parachute Club West Jump. Send an email to shop@westjump.dk with the gift card ID number and in the same embrace what type of jump you want instead, and who will be the recipient of the new experience. Then we exchange the gift card within the same amount. In addition to the new gift card, you will of course receive a new description. You must bear the shipping costs as well as any additional price. No refund will be given for any shortages. BOOKING OF JUMPS AND COURSES
Faldskærmspring er meget afhængigt af vejret og kan derfor give lidt udfordringer. Derfor har vi valgt ikke at lave online booking mulighed for solospring. Du bedes tage kontakt direkte til en koordinator/instruktør pr. telefon eller e-mail. Både telefonnumre og e-mail adresser fremgår af evt. gavekort, samt af mail der tilsendes efter betaling af gavekort og kan også findes på hjemmesiden under “Om klubben->Instruktører”. På gavekortet er også anført et personligt bookingnummer (ID-nummer), som skal oplyses når du booker. Hvis vejret ikke tillader spring, vil vi aflyse i så god tid som muligt, og aftale en ny booking hurtigst muligt. Der kan forekomme ventetid ved reservationer, så vi råder til at foretage reservation i god tid.
JUMP PACKAGES
First jump, 2-5 jump pack and 10-jump packs purchased in conjunction with parachute courses (solo jumps) are valid until the end of the calendar year after they are purchased (calculated based on course date). efter For example, jumps purchased in the period 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014 will be valid until and including 31 December 2015..
In special cases, such as long-term deployment with, for example, the Armed Forces, exemptions can be granted. However, this requires a special agreement in connection with the purchase of the jumping package.
It is a prerequisite that you are a member of the Parachute Club West Jump in connection with the settlement of the jumps.
COMPLAINT
It must be advertised within a reasonable time. Reasonable time is, when it comes to experiences like these, immediately after the experience has taken place. In case of complaint, it must be done in writing to our club address (see at the top of this page under "About the club") or via email to shop@westjump.dkThe West Jump Parachute Club cannot be held liable for an amount greater than the value of the gift card.
INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
The experiences sold do NOT include personal insurance including accident insurance, whereas insurance against third parties is included.
Automatic payment (subscription)
If you wish, you can register your Dankort or Visa card (not Visa Electron) automatic payment in West Jump. The advantage is that you do not have to manually make payment when your account goes into the red.
How does it work?
If you sign up for automatic payment, we will make sure to automatically top up your West Jump account if it goes into the red.
Refueling of your West Jump account will automatically happen when your account goes into the red. If you are registered for automatic refueling, refueling will automatically take place at the moment the deficit in your West Jump account exceeds DKK 1,000. In addition, a balance check will be made on your West Jump account every morning at 07:00. If the amount here is negative, your West Jump account will also be refueled automatically.
You decide for yourself whether in connection with refueling you just need to settle, or whether an extra amount should be transferred to your account. However, in connection with automatic refueling, you can transfer a maximum of DKK 200 over the amount your account has lost.
In connection with each refueling, an email will be sent stating what has been paid for and how much has been transferred.

Registration / deregistration
You have access to registration, deregistration, updating of card information (renewal of cards) and status of automatic refueling through www.westjump.dk/dinside.
Liability
You are always liable for the time you have spent in West Jump. For club members, contingent arrears will be transferred to your West Jump account, and will be automatically withdrawn if you are signed up for automatic payment. You can also choose to use automatic payment as the primary way to pay dues. Please note that the membership fee is always charged one month before the last paid period expires.
f an error has occurred, either in your West Jump account or in connection with a withdrawal, you can contact betaling@westjump.dk or kasserer@westjump.dk or formand@westjump.dk. Then we will investigate and correct the error as soon as possible.
Termination of account
If you unsubscribe from West Jump, you will automatically also be unsubscribed from automatic payment. You will continue to be charged any arrears. Possibly. deposits can be refunded by contacting kasserer@westjump.dk.
Automatic refueling is a condition for your West Jump account to go into the red, - any arrears will be automatically withdrawn in connection with termination of the agreement.
Security
All card information is handled and stored by our acquirer, quickpay.dk, which is approved to store and handle credit card information. The parachute club does not have access to card number, expiration date and security code.
